Domain Portfolio Acquisition Agreement
This document governs the professional acquisition of the Treks.in digital portfolio. By initiating a purchase request, the buyer acknowledges these terms in full.
The sale is structured as a Unified Asset Bundle. The purchase includes the absolute ownership and administrative control of:
• Treks.in
• Treks.co.in
Submission of an offer via the acquisition form constitutes a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI). The seller reserves the right to accept, counter, or decline any offer. Prices are typically quoted and settled in USD or INR.
For the mutual protection of both parties, the transaction will be facilitated through an accredited third-party service: Escrow.com or Dan.com. The buyer is responsible for the associated transaction/escrow fees unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
Upon receipt of the "Funds Secured" notification from the escrow provider, the seller will provide the Auth-Codes (EPP) or initiate a Push Transfer to the buyer’s chosen registrar within 48 business hours.
This sale pertains exclusively to the Domain Names. The seller makes no warranties regarding the buyer’s right to use the generic keyword "Treks" in a specific jurisdiction. The buyer is solely responsible for conducting their own trademark due diligence for their intended business use case.
Due to the digital nature of domain assets, all sales are Final and Irreversible once the transfer has been initiated. No refunds will be issued once the Auth-Code has been provided or the domain has been pushed to the buyer’s account.
